 the leafs don't taste like anything. There are 25 species of vetch. The crown vetch can be toxic to the skin or it can irritate the skin. The vetch is part of the pea family. The vetch is not used for medicine. There are other uses for the vetch, like how people use the Hairy Vetch to help stop weeds from growing. The most common place for Common vetches to grow are in Northern California. There are different names for the Common vetch, like the Garden vetch or just the vetch. The Common vetch is the type of vetch that is used for most things people don't really use the other vetches for things but they use the other vetches for one thing or two.
